Looking for a way to capture all the fun, laughter, and excitement of your birthday party? Our photography service is the perfect way to preserve those special memories while everyone enjoys the celebration.

Service Description

Whether you’re planning a themed party or a simple gathering with family and friends, we bring a relaxed, friendly, and professional approach to every event. From colourful decorations and cake-cutting moments to games, dancing, and candid laughter, we make sure every important detail is captured.

Before the party, we’ll have a chat to discuss the key moments, must-have photos, and any specific details you’d like us to focus on, ensuring nothing important is missed on the day.

We capture a mix of natural moments and posed portraits, including the birthday star, family, and friendship groups. Every smile, laugh, and special moment is documented to create a beautiful collection of images you’ll treasure long after the celebration.

After your party, you’ll receive an online gallery with all the unedited images so you can see everything before choosing your final images. You’ll then have one week to make your selections. Your beautifully edited images will be ready within 2 weeks of receiving your selections.

Our Birthday Party packages:

Children Birthday Party package - £200

• Duration: Up to 2 hours
• Location: 1 indoor or outdoor
• Format: High-resolution digital files supplied via an online gallery, ready for web, social media, and print
• Count: Up to 5 fully edited and enhanced photos of your choice via download *
• Editing: Light colour correction and professional detailed editing, where we carefully refine each photo and remove minor imperfections from both the subject and the surrounding area where appropriate.
• Delivery: 2 weeks after you choose your favourite photos for enhancement

Adult Birthday Party package - £459

• Duration: Up to 4 hours
• Location: Up to 2 indoor or outdoor
• Format: High-resolution digital files supplied via an online gallery, ready for web, social media, and print
• Count: Up to 200, but may vary depending on event length, schedule, and attendance size
• Editing: Light colour correction and editing, keeping the images natural and true to the event
• Enhanced Photos of Your Choice: Up to 10 enhanced photos via download *
• Delivery: 2 weeks after you choose your favourite photos for enhancement

Additional fully edited and enhanced photos of your choice (applies to all packages):

• 1 photo: £20
• 3 photo:s £60
• 5 photos: £90
• 10 photos: £150

* Enhanced Photos of Your Choice are images you select for additional detailed editing, where we carefully refine each photo and remove minor imperfections from both the subject and the surrounding area where appropriate.

 

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Standard sessions require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Events, travel, or location-based bookings require at least 72 hours’ notice.

We will always try to accommodate changes, but late cancellations may not be possible to reschedule. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a booking in exceptional circumstances (e.g. illness, emergencies, or unforeseen events). In such cases, we will offer an alternative dates.
